Project enquiries

When you use the enquiry form, we process your name, company, business email address and the project information you choose to provide. We process this information to handle your enquiry and take steps prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in efficient business communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The enquiry is delivered by email only to [email protected]. This website does not store enquiries, form data or CRM records in a database.

Spam protection

To protect the form, we use an invisible verification field and a time-limited, hashed rate-limit check. This information is used solely to defend against automated requests and is not permanently stored. No third-party CAPTCHA service is used.

Recipients and retention

Only people responsible for handling the enquiry can access the incoming email. The message is retained only as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and to meet any applicable statutory retention obligations.

Technical provision

When this website is accessed, technically necessary log data may be processed to provide the website securely and reliably.
